Pillaging inactives of DaWaR wings (or other allies)

Inactives are fair game and pillaging them, regardless of their alliance is allowed. But.....

If your target is member of one of our own wings, or of an alliance we have a peace treaty with, please check with the diplomat of the alliance to make sure the player is truly inactive. Some players go inactive on purpose instead of going into v-mode, so the can collect gold (I would not encourage this practice). If that is not the case and your target is truly inactive you can go ahead and pillage.

If your target really is inactive but the diplomat still won't accept you pillaging that player, please contact me in-game.
